It is our pleasure to be able to join the Beliatta local council among the websites of local government agencies and we are very happy to issue a message for that.
Currently, information and communication technology is empowering all sectors and opening new avenues of development. It is a matter of happiness that in developing countries like Sri Lanka, the profit-based private sector as well as the public sector, which currently prioritizes public welfare, are eager to provide their services to the public more efficiently using new technology.
I hope that the Beliatta local council will provide its services and the new development projects being implemented more efficiently and effectively to the public through this created website.
