The Naigala Rajamaha Temple is located about one and a half kilometers
from the Weerakatiya Ranna intersection in the Hambantota district of
the southern province of Sri Lanka.
Naigala Rajamaha Viharaya AD. B.C. It was completed during the
reign of King Devanampiyatissa 307-267 and was built by King Mahanaga Yuva,
King Devanampiyatissa's brother. This temple is also known as
Kala Pabbata temple in the past
